Inquire with the stock brokerage or other institution where the account resides. Note that the shareholder registry administrator (Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation) cannot handle these procedures.
- 2.For procedures concerning shares registered to a special account, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation is the account-managing institution, so inquire with the aforementioned institution managing special accounts (Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation). Note that Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation branches across Japan serve as intermediaries.
- 3.Uncollected dividends are paid at the Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation main branch within three years from the payout start date.
